"Fit was close, but kind of a pain"
It fit okay for the most part, but I still had to mess with it a bit to get it lined up right. Not the worst thing ever, just kind of annoying that it wasn’t a perfect fit out of the box.

"Small dent, but they took care of it"
The part arrived with a small dent, which was a little disappointing since I was ready to use it right away. I reached out and they handled it quickly without any hassle. Really appreciated them making it right.

"Return took way too long"
The part looked fine when it arrived, but it didn’t fit right, so I had to send it back. The return process was confusing, and the refund took longer than they originally said. I kept worrying I was getting fooled or that I’d have to chase them forever to get my money back. Support did respond, which I appreciated, but they weren’t very helpful. Not the absolute worst experience, but I don’t think I’d order from them again

"Ordering was fine, but the site was a little slow"
Overall, placing my order was okay. To be fair, everything did go through in the end, but the checkout page lagged a bit and took longer than I expected. Not a huge issue, just something that could be improved

"I had to reach out maybe..."
I had to reach out maybe 2 or 3 times just to get a basic update on my order. Replies were slow and there wasn’t much info unless I kept asking. Frustrating overall

"Color match was spot on"
I ordered a painted bumper for my 2018 Accord i was a little nervous about how the color would look. But when it showed up, the match was right on, even out in the sun, which is where I figured it might...
My car’s got a few years on it, so I expected the paint to be slightly off or something, but it blended in really well. Super happy with it, no complaints from me..

"The parts seemed fine when I..."
The parts seemed fine when I looked them over, but the price was higher than I was expecting. Once shipping was added, it really didn’t feel like a great deal compared to a few other places I checked. I also never got any follow-up after ordering, which was a little frustrating and made the whole experience feel kind of impersonal.

"Nice Quality Overall, Just a Few Small Things"
Overall, I was happy with it. The paint looked good and the quality felt solid, though there were a couple of small issues that kept it from being perfect. Still, when I stepped back and saw the finished look, I felt relieved and genuinely happy with how it turned out.

I had a question about my order earlier this week, so I reached out to customer service. They got back to me quicker than I expected, and even though it took a couple of messages back and forth over the next day, they ended up getting everything sorted for me...

It showed up quicker than I thought it would, and everything was fine when it arrived. No real issues on my end, though I’d still appreciate a quick note or apology if there was any mix-up or confusion with the shipping updates.

"The package showed up in great shape..."
The package showed up in great shape with no damage at all. It was packed really well, and support had basically said they make sure everything is cushioned properly before it ships. That matched my experience, so I’m happy with it.
